After the introductory interview with their hiring manager, I was given a CCAT assessment in addition to a behavioral survey. Total completion time was about 30-45 minutes (some time taken to review what a CCAT is). The results of the CCAT were not shared and I was given a rejection without explanation. Furthermore, their CCAT partner Criteria Corp is not allowed to share the results for privacy reasons, which doesn't make sense - if they can verify the email with which the assessment was taken, they should be able to share the results with that account. No feedback given after inquiry. Overall disappointing interview experience. Maybe a good idea to avoid this company.
