an extensive long process. from application to final stage 3+ months. HR was nice, but the process was really long and too many rounds. met 4 team members/managers, one of them was cold but the rest was nice and welcomed. although I didn't get the offer, I still learnd a lot, and based on the questions they asked, it felt like they just want someone that is good with talk the talk, and not really do the work. a lot of pre-written questions, which is odds consider the company looks very interesting.
