Interview
Team is very responsive and well coordinated. I had a great time talking to the team and they each seemed prepared and ready to dive into things. This was virtual so sometimes if the conversation ran over, the next interviewer would pop in.

I had a call with HR and then an interview with the hiring manager. After this I had to complete a written task. The final round I believe was a further interview but I didn't get this far.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pinterest in Apr 2024
Interview
I had a referral for the role, and over 2 months, I did 5 interviews with different individuals and got to the final round. I also did a task which was to write a 1,000 word piece of work. One week after the final interview, I was sent a rejection email with no specific or constructive feedback. I asked for more feedback and didn't get a reply.
