I interviewed last week with the recruiter at Pinterest. She was cordial and went straight to the interview and asked a few questions about my background. I moved to the next round and talked to the hiring manager. This particular interview was a total letdown from the moment it started. After telling her about my background she asked me a question about something I had throughout said. This showed she was paying no attention. On top of that she yawned repeatedly throughout the interview. I felt disrespected of my time and wanted the conversation to end as quickly as possible. I reached out back to Recruitment and let them know this position was not a fit. The job posting sounds fantastic but working for someone who is disrespectful and has no care about what you are telling har would prove very difficult.
