Recruiter screen first, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a portfolio/case study presentation. After that there’s usually a product design or critique exercise, cross-functional interviews with PMs/engineers, and then final behavioral rounds. They seem to focus a lot on product thinking, communication, collaboration, and being able to explain design decisions/tradeoffs clearly.

Very intense interview process. Started with recruiter phone screen, then hiring manager interview, then 45 minute portfolio presentation, then 1:1s (mostly with product managers and other product designers). Recruiter was very responsive and helpful.

We had to submit an initial application. Then we had to create a presentation on two of our previous projects. Then we had to give a presentation on those projects as part of the first interview
