The phone interview felt like a 20 minutes interrogation. There was no self intro, or overview of the team/role I'm interviewing for. The interviewer started by asking me what other companies I was talking to. She then asked detailed questions on the org structure of my current company and my team, which partners I manage, who I work with and each person's role and responsibilities. The interviewer did not ask me any aptitude questions. In the end, she didn't offer me the opportunity to ask any question. It was a cold and dry interview. Her intention is questionable and this experience changed my perception about Pinterest as a great potential employer.
