Pinterest Software Engineer interview questions

I applied for the new grad software engineering position online. Overall really good experience. Recruiter a little slow in responding to emails but I figured she just didn't have feedbacks from the engineers/hiring manager. I did an initial coding challenge with Karat and right after I completed it, I received an invitation to do a video/phone interview. Video interview question has three parts and it was really long to read, but overall leetcode medium and all parts build on top of each other. Karat is really nice because if you don't think you did well then you can ask for a re-do. After Karat, you will have a 15 minutes interview with your recruiter. After the recruiter call, then it's the onsite interview where you will need to do 4 data structures/algorithms typed interviews. All my interviewers were really nice and helpful! The onsite did feel really rushed since I didn't have an allocated time to eat lunch and have to eat while I was doing the interview. I heard back in about 1 week after the onsite.

I applied online. The first 2 rounds is a Karat coding challenge and an interview with a Karat Engineer. I managed to pass both rounds (note that the Karat interview has a relatively low passing bar). Then I proceeded with a technical interview with a Pinterest Engineer. We briefly talked about the internship program and he asked me a leetcode medium question. I solved the question but it looks like he has another one which he withheld because there was not enough time. 3 weeks later I got a rejection from the recruiter. I asked for feedback but she did not reply.
