Interview
I bet the company at a career fair and I was flagged for an interview on campus. They asked a lot of quantitative questions ranging from simple questions like calculate a DCF, how do you value a company, what are the different financial statements, to harder questions like which line items are effected by depreciation. There was also a behavioral aspect to it.
Very behavioral interviewers. A few technicals towards the end of the process. Took about 6 rounds to receive an answer a process is an interview per week until you meet with the group managing partner.

Interview
The interview was a video-interview on a recruiting software platform called HireVue where you record a video of yourself answering 4-5 questions in 3 minutes and then submitting it. I heard back from them a little over two weeks after submitting the interview.

phone screen followed by interview super day, 6 interviews of 30 mins each with a panel of 2-3 interviewers. Some technical questions, one or two interviews dedicated to basic finance and IB concepts. Rest were behavioral.
