the interview process was pretty straight forward involving an initial telephone screen with mostly behavioral questions with some previous transaction experience followed up with an in-person interview that took approximately 4 hours. Met with a number of people throughout the vertical in 2 on 1 format where most questions were past experience/ transaction based. There was little valuation work as the expectation was, coming in as an experience hire, that the fundamental finance knowledge was there. Pretty much hit the ground running once I joined.
