I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pitney Bowes (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2012
Interview
I was connected to the company through an employment agency. They first get you to do a typing speed test (alphanumeric) for 5 minutes on a website- you're allowed to attempt as many times possible within that time frame and provide your highest score. The secretary then passes on this information to the hiring manager, and the actual interview begins. The interview itself was brief and pleasant. I shared what I knew about the company, and he eagerly shared the extent of their work. Overall, the interview felt more like a conversation than a Q&A interview, which I greatly appreciated. He offered to give me a tour of the workplace, which I gladly accepted. I was told that there were many more to be interviewed after me, and provided a day to expect to hear back from them if I were to receive an offer. A few days later I received the job offer, and I accepted it.

Question 1
Q: What do you know about our company?
Q: Tell me about yourself.
The interview process was easy, since it was after covid they had a mass hiring event. Did the interview and hear back with an offer in less than a week.
Friendly relaxed atmosphere, flexible with arranging a suitable time for both myself and the company, quick response, clear instructions through the process, all questions answered during interview, no grey areas
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pitney Bowes
Interview
Straight forward with some technical aptitude tests. Friendly management, interview was with two managers and lasted just over an hour including the testing. Apparently there is a thirty word minimum for my answer so hopefully this helps!
