I had multiple years experience in the Freight Industry holding roles in customer service, sales, and an LC. I applied online and a recruiter called for a phone interview. The phone interview was very long for no reason. You could clearly tell she was reading off a paper. She said she had my resume in her hand but made me go through my entire job history back to High School. Then asked why I left a job to go to college when I was 17. What that has to do with this career I have no clue. Then there were 2 in person interviews both managers were extremely nice. But again the interviews were very drawn out, with very basic questions. Finally they had me take a very basic math and customer service exam. Which I did very well on. Then that's it. Never heard back. For a company that preaches culture and reputation you'd think they'd at least get back to you.
It also seems they expect a lot you for a very low salary (31,500) which isn't even livable. They are also not willing to negotiate. I feel this is why I didn't get a call back, as I asked to negotiate when they asked me if I'm okay with the salary
