Interview
You have 3 interviews that you have to do. There is an initial over the phone interview after which i had to go into the HQ to do an interview twice; one was with the operations manager for PH and one was with the Hr manager. After passing those interviews you have a math, English and personality test to do which determines whether you will get accepted.

Interview
Very straightforward, applied in store got a call from manager after 1 week for interview. Went for interview was very easy asked behaviour questions and some situation questions in the end explain about job duties and expectations.

Very professional. No irrelevant questions asked. Qualification was asked. How you handle stress and pressure. Are you a team player. Interviewer was really nice. She made me feel comfortable. It went great.
