Easy, super quick as well. Walked in, filled out app, went next day for in person interview. Less than 20 minutes in person very few questions. Yeah it was pretty simple really
Not too difficult. Bring resume. Ask how to deal with difficult customers and difficult employees. how to handle shifts. How to manage time. What's the job prospect? When do I want to get promoted

To describe the interview process I would say it was ok. It was a long process. It was a typical interview process for store manager. I have had easier interviews.
