Interview
I was called for an interview after applying on indeed. When I asked for the manager at the front desk they manager and her assistant immediately started laughing. I wasn't sure if that was because of my weight or because I wore professional interview attire instead of workout clothes. The questioning was civil but the assistant continued to giggle at some of my answers. Overall the staff does not commit to their brand.
The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
