Interview
Took a little over an hour, was interviewed by the general manager and another staff member who didn't identify her position within the company. Started off friendly and engaging wanting to know about me more personally than got into specifics of what I could bring to the stable.

What are some goals you would like to achieve within your first 60 days?..What are your strengths and weaknesses... Name a goal you have achieved recently? Describe a time when you went above and beyond what was required for your job?.. What does customer service mean to you? Why do you feel it is important to communicate with your teammates?
The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
