I first had a 1:1 interview which was very casual and consisted of only a few behavioral questions. It was very easy to talk to him because it was very informal.If chosen, the next step is an office visit to the office of consideration. The office visit consisted of 3 casual interviews detailing what a day at the office is like for each of the 3 individuals. There are some behavioral questions asked, but Plante is definitely an enjoyable place to interview and explore. Candidates typically hear within two weeks of the office visit.
