The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight in May 2020
Interview
The interview process with Pluralsight couldn’t have been a better experience. I had 6 interviews total (phone screen, 2 members of the team, hiring manager, team director, and global head) and every individual that I spoke to was engaging, easy to talk to, and made me feel entirely comfortable and heard. A lot of companies try to make interviews feel very conversational but, in my experience, no company has executed that as well as Pluralsight.
It was obvious that their values are incredibly important. Most of their questions center around how your past experiences tie into their values. Everyone you speak to really wants to understand who you are as a person and tries to envision you as a coworker and team member.
Additionally, I’ve never worked with a better set of recruiters! There was constant communication—they called after every interview just to hear about my experience. They also were so helpful and understanding during scheduling. I had a relatively short timeline and they would often work with short notice to get multiple interviews scheduled.
Thank you for such a flexible and comfortable experience!!

Question 1
Typical “walk me through your experience” questions
This was a 30min interview with the hiring manager. There wasn't any structure during the conversation and his interview questions did not allow me to elaborate on my skill set

I made it to the phone screen until I accepted another offer. The recruiter was easy to chat with and answered all of my questions about the culture and role of the work. I had a pleasant experience with Pluralsight and their recruiter.
