I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Vancouver, WA) in Sep 2021
Interview
A screening call with the recruiter to discuss my qualifications was first. That was followed by three interviews with the team over the next two weeks. The interviews were scheduled promptly and the process went smoothly. The recruiter said I'd hear back in a week or two. I checked in with him a week later and he said they were still in a hiring freeze, but I was the only candidate they hadn't declined and I should hear within another week or two. I never heard from him again.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pluralsight (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was pain-free and rather enjoyable. As a transitioning teacher, I was nervous that I wouldn't perform well, but the entire staff I worked with from Brandon to Rachael and the Assessment team was so welcoming and encouraging! This process allowed me to realize that I wasn't just a teacher, rather, my experience as a teacher allows me to be a strong candidate for a plethora of jobs. I was even impressed with my rejection email! Thank you so much for making this experience enjoyable. I intend to keep putting my foot forward.
