First I spoke to Pluralsight Recruiter (Basic screening call). After this call I was asked to complete CCAT psychometric test and on successful test completion I got a call scheduled with a Hiring manager and another Manager accompanying him. Then, I was asked for the 2nd call with the same Manager. On the 2nd time the supporting interviewer has changed. I don't know why this 2nd call was needed, as they kept asking me similar things (or even identical) we already had covered on the 1st call. Overall impression not good, as the hiring Manager started the call telling me about how many employees were leaving the company after they got acquired. How they were going through a transition period and a lot of changes. In general the atmosphere on the call was no pleasant and I could feel a lot of tension and stress on them.
