I went through two round of interviews as well as a phone screen with the recruiter.
Initial call with recruiter was a very friendly one in which I was told about the team, role, company as well as information about quotas etc. I had to tell him about my experience with Enterprise clients, my previous internal relationships and how I performed with my targets.
This was similar to the discussion with the manager who also asked about deals I take pride in and gave more detail on the position.
Second round was with the managers leader and a representative from the revenue strategy team. We discussed collaboration and how I research new prospects.
Although unsuccessful, the internal recruiter provided a detailed email on where I could improve and sent a link through which I could have a video call for 10 minutes to question the feedback and find out more.
