I sent in a resume, and they replied that they were interested. They sent me a little programming problem to work on (C# or JavaScript).
After completion, they asked for a video interview. I talked to a couple of their developers who were friendly. They were mostly checking to see what I was like. They only had a few light technical questions.
They next asked me to join them for a half day interview in their Lehi, UT office. I went to lunch with three of them, and then I pair programmed with a team lead for about an hour. Then I sat down with about five of them and talked about myself and my experience. Finally, I pair programmed with another team lead for another hour.
A few days after that, I was invited in to meet the CTO. We talked for about an hour, and he told me he'd like to hire me and that I'd receive an offer soon.
Overall, the interview process was very impressive. Nobody asked silly "brain teaser" questions. Nobody grilled me on useless technical trivia. Everybody was very friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered. Nothing felt obscured or hidden.
