I was asked about my previous experience related to autonomous trucks and was cut off several times during my explanation. I was then asked basic cantilever beam questions (how would you decrease deflection if you cannot reduce length) and while I was giving the interviewer answers he again cut me off several times. He told me "this is a very basic question" after I gave him multiple answers that are correct, like changing material selection, increasing moment of inertia, etc. Very unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I hope other people have a better experience than I do. I was genuinely extremely excited to interview for this position and ended the interview feeling unheard and disappointed.
