There was the initial phone HR interview, a follow-up phone interview with an account lead, and then an in person interview with the ADM manager, and VP of sales. The second phone interview involved a role-play as if I’m in the position and selling to a client. The rest, were normal interview questions.
The in person interviews were normal questions but it did feel a bit unstructured. Both interviews with 2 separate people were late and their focus was elsewhere. The over the phone interviews were productive while the in person ones felt like a burden. One interviewer was scribbling on paper while not making any eye contact. I assume they are busy people but this felt cumbersome to them and it definitely was apparent. My first 2 reviews were silenced and removed so here’s to hoping this one sticks. No wonder this company can get good reviews, they remove the bad ones.
