Podium interview questions

Interview Process: Four rounds total—CoderPad take-home assignment, assignment review session, followed by two additional video interviews with engineers. Overall Experience: The process demands an extensive time commitment from candidates. Despite receiving positive feedback throughout all rounds, I was rejected without any explanation, and the position was reposted within 24 hours. This was particularly frustrating given that the company reached out to me—I never applied to them. The experience demonstrates a fundamental lack of respect for candidates' time and raises serious questions about their hiring practices. In this job market, it's highly suspicious when a company continuously reposts the same position and puts candidates through lengthy interview processes with no apparent intent to hire. Whether this is for H1B compliance/work-around, internal quotas, or simply disorganized management, the pattern suggests they're wasting candidates' time. Avoid.

I had one interview and then they ghosted me despite me reaching out a few different times. They could be better about telling me no instead of nothing. It would leave a better taste in my mouth if I ever decided to apply again.
