My interview experience for this role was disappointing. The interviewer appeared disengaged throughout the conversation and at times sounded irritated or defensive when I asked reasonable questions about the scope and expectations of the position.
There was a noticeable lack of clarity around the role’s responsibilities, reporting structure, and success metrics. Responses to direct questions were vague and did not provide a concrete understanding of what the job actually entails. This made it difficult to assess fit or prepare meaningful responses.
Additionally, several interview questions lacked context or a clear objective, which made the discussion feel unstructured and unfocused.
An interview should be a professional, two-way dialogue. Candidates deserve clarity, transparency, and engagement. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard.
