Very long process comparative to most finance jobs. Several rounds of interviews including general questionnaire and a stock pitch write up. Focus was generally on fit but they are also looking for strong technical background and demonstrated interest in public markets.
2 Interviews, one with head of academy recruiting and the other with another HR team member. To get the interview, I attended a coffee talk networking session with the recruitment team and then got to the finals of their case summit competition.
