Aptitude test, Case study and BD interview - Fairly straight forward, you get 60mins to do the case study and then the excel locks and the interview with the head of BD is around motivations and experience to understand alignment
spoke with two biz dev people and one PM. biz dev people asked basic interview questions about prior deals I worked on and why I want to be in the industry. PM talked through stock pitches with me.
Interview process was straightforward and professional. It included an initial screening, followed by conversations focused on background, fit, and relevant skills. The interviewers were generally prepared and asked practical questions related to the role. Overall, the process was organized, though timelines and communication may vary depending on the team.

They asked why I was interested in the role and how my experience matched the position.
Model Test on your own device (take at your own time) then zoom call with BD person if you pass the model test. Questions are more behavioural not sure what happens after
