Point72 Senior Business Analyst interview questions

Interviewed for the position of a Senior BA through a consulting partner of theirs. Had 3 rounds overall. The interviews were conducted with the application manager, application head and lastly with a C suite executive. The interviews were spread apart by few weeks each. The interviews focused on behavioral questions, product knowledge & understanding and experience and scenario based questions. The interview experience was okay on all levels but they changed the role from BA to support after the final round wasting more than a month of talks. This shows that the IT management is not mature in their approach and may tend to be an organization where the roles are not clearly defined.
