The process was HR interview first , followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Disappointed with lack of follow up after interviews. For a company that claims to have a great culture, that certainly does not come through in the interview process.

Interview
Right from the beginning, PointClickCare set itself apart than other companies I was interviewing with. It did so in three key ways - 1) Everyone including the recruiter was very knowledgeable about my background and understood the fit (each member took the time to review my resume and a presentation I had sent at length); 2) everyone asked pertinent questions related to the role and my background; and finally 3) no time was wasted - the process was efficient and fast. I am extremely pleased with the process and will recommend PointClickCare to anyone looking to collaborate with smart yet humble coworkers.

Interview
Very thorough. Went through five interviews. Questions were very pertinent and a lot had to do with cultural fit. Focus was mainly on people management style; however, there was also a very concentrated effort to establish whether I was technically capable and had a strong vision for the future.
