Initial phone interview where the recruiter discusses resume and tells you more about company and position. 2 in person interviews- one for discussing technical skills after which they decide if you will have second interview with different team members/managers to discuss your fit in the organization. Questions were not very hard and you're made to feel comfortable. Just be yourself!

Interview
Came in and had an interview with three ladies. When I left they laughed and didn't bother to walk me out. Very unprofessional, wouldn't want to work for a company like this.
