Popmenu Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds spanning a little over a month. First, I did a screen interview with the recruiter (zoom). Next, I did a standard interview with the business development lead (zoom). And finally, I did a standard interview with the inside sales leader and mock phone call with the same business development lead as before (in person). Overall, the recruiter and sales team were friendly and professional, however, I was let down by the lack of communication. There was a couple weeks of no communication after my second and third interview due to things on the back end in terms of hiring and timeline for the role and getting rejected. Just wish I would've been kept in the loop better and not been ghosted.
