Virtual interview with hiring manager and team member followed by an in-person with same two people. Overall it was fine. They were nice. They didn't seem impressed with some of my experience the first time so I was surprised when they invited me in again. I suspected the pay would have been too low. The office building was also extremely depressing and looked like it hadn't been updated since 1982 (thankfully there was WFH flexibility).
