Interview
The organization has a strong culture of respect and tries hard to live out its values. This shows in the interviews. The computer system does the initial screening. If you have the right education and experience "required", you may get to the interview stage. Do your best to know people in the company, research their website, and try to get introduced or recommended. Like in many organizations, it helps to know the right people whose word counts.
