I was approached by a Recruiter on Likedln and asked about referring someone with similar background..( very smart and polite), the job seem interesting so i agreed to a Phone call.
So the first time of the interview was the phone call which was around 30 min call, after the call the recruiter email me a link to do fill the company application (a bit long), the next day i got a call again and i was told that my resume and application seems like a good fit so they proceed to provide an Assessment, a very particular and specific assessment.
I had 48hrs to complete the assessment and email it back.
2 days after that they call me again and told me they like my assessment and wanted to do a video Interview, the video interview was about 30min long, we discuss my assessment and laso talked about my experience and expectations, at the end of it i was offer an office visit and final interview.
Power Design paid for my airfare, hotel and even a car rental. The Division Manager took me for Dinner the night before the office visit/interview and it was a good ice breaker. The day at the office was very smooth.. spend time with different Sr Coordinators experiencing a regular day at the office and getting to know the way PDI works.
I was very impress by the office infrastructure and the ambience of it.
I finally went back home and i was contact the next day with an official job offer.
Today im a proud member of PDI and im very happy of my decision.
