I had a phone interview and 2 in person interviews. They asked questions about myself and past experience as well as described the job and company completely. I was shown pay structure as well as possible upward mobility in the future.

How I overcame a difficult situation in my last job
It was easy and good people. Everyone was welcoming. Young group of people. I enjoyed my time there and enjoyed everyone that I did work with. I would recommend to young people out of college.

Interview
Sit down and watch a video about the company for a few minutes. Interviewer comes in and then asks you questions about your experience. Easy first interview, second interview you come in and go into more depth about your skills and why you would be a good fit at Power.
Two interviews that included speaking iwth direct reports and discussing goal and experiences. Was done within 1 week and offer was included. I think that is all, kinda crazy this needs to be 30 words or exist at all.
