Interview
I interviewed for Sr. Sales position. The job ad says that all leads are provided and it is an in-home selling position. The recruiter says that there is no door to door for this position. The interview takes place in a really awesome looking office. I'm sat down in a small room and made to watch a presentation on how great power is to work for. After fifteen minutes the "director" comes in for the interview. I'm told further about the career opportunities and the growth the company is undergoing. Another video on how fast the company is expanding and the yearly trip to mexico. Then I am told everyone starts in marketing position door to door appointment setting. This last for approx two months. I asked I thought I was applying for sales and I'm told I am but you start in marketing and it may transition to sales. I could of saved the time from getting ready for the interview and driving there if they said this over the phone, if I was interested at all in entry level door to door I would have applied for that. Another video entailed on how great power is and then they asked me how I felt about the door to door and I said I'm not interested in it.
Tldr; About a half HR of the interview was spent watching videos on why power is a great place to work at and then I'm told I would be working in a different position then what I applied for.

Interview
The interviewers were nice. However, when I asked about pay structure in my first interview the interviewer said that question would be answered in m second interview. When I asked about it in my second interview, that interviewer said he could not answer my question and that it would be discussed in my third interview. I ultimately canceled my third interview due to lack of transparency about the pay.

Interview
Great initial interview, immediately was selected to move forward with a second round interview. The first interviews are virtual and with very welcoming people. The interview process is quick, for me at least, it moved fast, scheduling the second interview to be the same day as the first.
