I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Boothwyn, PA) in Sep 2009
Interview
The interview process was fairly straight forward and simple, with the extreamly high turnover rate these guys will preety much take anyone who can speak english and look half way presentable. The whole process included filling out online application, getting phone call to set up interview date and time, one on one interview, phone call back asking when i could start.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Rosemont, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied one day and had a "phone interview" the next. Went in to the office and it seemed like fraternity rush where they make everything perfect and awesome, so I was skeptical. The interview was very easy and they asked me to come in for another interview, which was 15 minutes of me asking questions, then I left. Seems like everyone there is happy but door-to-door window sales are not for me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Boston, MA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Life, work balance questions. Willingness to push yourself through anything. Key motivating factors. Personal grit. The interview then went on to describe the purpose of the job, the key points, and what a successful entry level employee does to move up within the company.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Boston, MA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I first learned about PHRG while attending a career fair. I left a resume and received and e-mail shortly after saying they were interested in speaking with me. I agreed and set up an interview for the following week. The interview lasted about 35 minutes and he said they'd get back to me for a second interview. After talking to some people and reading a few different reviews online, I decided against going for the second interview. When someone from the call center called to set up a date and time, I told him I appreciated the opportunity but was going to explore other options. The message seemed clear. I've since received a bunch of e-mails, calls, voicemails, etc. asking if I"m still interested in setting up another interview. They're wayyy to persistent which leads me to think somethings fishy. They seem to have a lot of good employee reviews on here but the customer reviews on Yelp are horrid.
