I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Riverview, FL) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview was in three phases:
1: Phone interview with a recruiter that is very open and seeks to conduct an honest, almost socratic, dialogue to determine whether the company and the interviewee are a good fit for each other.
2: Virtual/Face-to-face interview with the head of the office in that territory, my interviewer asked me the most unexpected questions I've ever been asked in an interview, and I felt that I learned more from the interviewer than the interviewer did from me (as in it was a very beneficial experience for me, moving forward, regardless of whether I was offered the job).
3: For me, the third round was simply paperwork and formalities, the business affairs managers were very helpful in helping me complete everything I needed to start as soon as possible.

Question 1
Why are you interested in sales and what makes you competitive ?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview and follow up felt extremely unprofessional. Texts from the recruiter were also quite unprofessional and odd, then extremely rude after I withdrew from the interview process. Questions were easy, and they seem to go through the process quite quickly. It's also a vague and misleading position description, and even vague on the interviews with no opportunities to ask questions. Would not tell me base pay with no opportunity to ask either.
