To get the interview, you have to take a personality assessment. Getting a high score means saying you are "exactly like this" or "not at all like this" 80% of the time. This will tell you a lot about PowerSchool because if you really were that person, you'd have very low emotional intelligence.
Good news! They had a very professional recruiter who did *not* ask me the PBnJ sandwich question. He was quite wonderful, and I have to thank him for telling me that I'd be expected to work 50+ hour weeks and take 6am conference calls "for the convenience" of my manager who lives on the East Coast. If I had any doubt, I withdrew once I heard that the salary was about $25k below market.
