PowerSchool Group Software Engineer interview questions

After submitting my resume I was asked to take an IQ test. Next was a phone screen with the recruiter and video conferencing while I took the IQ test again. Then I interviewed with multiple Vice Presidents and staff members in one on one interviews.

I applied online. Had to take an Wonderlic test. They I had to take it again with the recruiter watching me on Skype to make sure I didn't cheat. It was super awkward and weird. I should have ended the interview but for some reason I agreed to come in for an onsite. The campus is nice but the tech is really outdated and everybody looked super unhappy. The interview was with a small group and it was easy. A quick Java coding question and some questions about SQL. The interviewers looks really unhappy the entire time. The offer was a lot lower that a software engineer should take. I declined the offer. Only apply if you are really desperate for a job.
