Pratt Industries Paper Machine Operator interview questions

The interview was laid back, but the panel was bigger than expected. Panel was 7 people including the HR Manager. They all had copies of my resume and I was asked average questions such as strength, weakness, hobbies, are you good in team, etc. After interview they all shook hand again and I got a laugh by saying, "I'm not going to remember all of your names right now, but that's Kevin" as I pointed to him. One commented and replied, "Well that's all you need to remember at this point." After that Kevin asked if I had time to do a tour of the plant, and I accepted. Someone from the panel gave tour. He brought me back to Kevin's office and he was done... I think he was busy with something else so he didn't say too much, but answered a few of my questions. The tour guide guy was trying to sell me on perks working there... I sent a thank you message to HR Manager a few hours after I got home, and he replied saying he wanted to touch base with team and would keep in touch. No offer right after interview... it only happened yesterday so they might have steps to take before next part of hiring process.
