You will get a call from your direct report or someone from HR. They will tell you about the job ask if you are interested, then HR will e-mail you all your paperwork. That was pretty much it.
I find a lot of times companies (Premium included)will sell you on a job, but forget to even ask about you. Like who are you? What value can you add to the team? Their too busy making quotas to get slots filled in HR so they can get their bonuses and vacation time. I guess when the head of HR sits in your training class and brags about making sure slots get filled so she and her team can get their bonus for the year. That should have spoke volumes to me....while you pay me 41k for this over worked job.
