Basic interview questions: achievements, education, what makes you our best candidate. Not behavioral questions which was surprising but a good surprise. Mostly just questions about yourself and your experience which doesn’t take much preparation. They conclude with a tour of the plant, it’s good to have a couple questions to keep conversation during that.
