Interview
Got hired in first 5 minutes of interview but was lied to about every aspect of the job. Later called by the director and informed of all the shady and unethical duties I would be required to perform on a daily basis including lying to customers, activating lines without their knowledge etc. They will literally do anything to make their monthly quota. Once customers come back to discuss all the shady charges and such on their bill they have zero intention of correcting any unethical or shady thing they have done because it would be a chargeback and they would lose money. Never work for this company. The rot is all the way from the owners of the company down and AT&T corporate is completely aware of what they are doing and is fine with it even though they will not publicly say that.

The interview process was very laid back and easy to understand/follow. The DM that interviewed me actually had interviewed me once before and was great. It was a great experience.

Very easy process to get hired. Background check can be a pain. Pay is hourly incommission hourly basis 12 for store reps you max out at 17 as a manager
Very detailed and included mock sales situations to see how you handle them. Must show your ability to work under stress and be available when needed. And need to explain your past experience in sales and management
