Recruiter send an invite for a job interview after seeing my resume on job board. So we arranged a time for a phone interview that last about 20 minutes. She said she will forward the paper works ahead for a second interview. And that is what I am waiting on, it has been 1 week now.

Are you willing to work non-standard hours, be on call for 1 week at night every 10-11 weeks rotation.
Applied online and received a call within a week. First round of questions asked via phone call and initial assessment was sent via link to email. Second round of questions is through a scheduled face to face call, expected to be around 30 minutes.
