Recruiter does the screening and then sets up follow up. 4 rounds total with various individuals in the dept and coinciding teams. There is no formal format, it's mostly all informal and they use PPT to show org chart and who reports to whom. I would not recommend as they have a drawn out process and then take weeks to get back to you, but then repost the job and don't really provide feedback on what they are looking for. The salary range listed in the job is not accurate, what they offer is lower. It appeared as though the team was not certain of what they were exactly looking for, so would not recommend.
