I found the company position on Craig's List and replied with my resume. I heard back within a week with a phone call. A one on one interview was set up, and I met with the director of the school. She asked me questions about my childcare experience, why I wanted to work with children, etc. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

it was easy. they asked basic questions about work history, education history, and classroom management. they also asked about career goals and hourly pay. It was pretty basic and I was hired on the spot.
