I applied online. Filled out application and was called for an interview with the director. The interview process was an In person meeting and tour with the director. Very laid back and comfortable. Job was offered at the end of the tour.
In person, on-site, first interview with an administrator and then with the owner of the center. Was given a paper to fill up details including work experience, education, and salary expectation.
