I initially took a recorded interview with the hiring manager, where I was contacted a few days later by the same woman notifying that I did not make the next round of interviews.
The next day, I received an email from a talent coordinator stating that I have another interview for this position. This interview was with the two managers I would have had, and they asked basic questions about my current job, what interests me in this position, and other questions to gauge how I would be to work with. I was told that the hiring manager, the woman who originally told me I did not make the next round, would be reaching out in the next day to answer any further questions I had, which I did. I had to reach out to her multiple times to get my questions answered. When I finally did get through, I asked about the next steps in the process, where she told me the head manager of the team would be reaching out to schedule an interview early that next week (3 weeks after initial interview).
I never heard back from anybody 4 weeks after my initial interview, so I reached out to the hiring manager again. She replies directly to my follow-up email chain which states that I am still very much interested in the position, that I told her I was no longer interested in the position.
Overall impression of this interview process is one of the most unprofessional processes I have ever been through thanks to the hiring manager.
