There wasn’t one an interview process. The people I was caring for were former patients of mine from an eye specialist. They were familiar with me and accepted me immediately.

Interview
The interview was about caretaker business and farming and driving skills. It was very simple and easy. It was taken by farm manager and boss. The salary part was discussed and agreed upon.
